Freight Forwarding Customer Service Operation
Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective transportation solutions and prices. Respond to internal inquiries and assist the marketing team in making reasonable quotations to expand business.
- Be responsible for the operation and follow - up of various customer business orders. Properly handle all kinds of abnormal situations and emergencies during the shipping process.
- Handle customer complaints. Coordinate with cross - functional departments to formulate improvement and prevention plans and provide feedback to customers.
- Maintain long - term cooperative relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- An associate degree or above. Those with relevant work experience in international freight forwarding are preferred.
- Have a spirit of teamwork, be able to get along well with colleagues and cooperate in work, and be able to think from others' perspectives.
- Be meticulous in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be highly stress - resistant.
