Freight Forwarding Customer Service Operation

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide timely and effective transportation solutions and prices. Respond to internal inquiries and assist the marketing team in making reasonable quotations to expand business.
  2. Be responsible for the operation and follow - up of various customer business orders. Properly handle all kinds of abnormal situations and emergencies during the shipping process.
  3. Handle customer complaints. Coordinate with cross - functional departments to formulate improvement and prevention plans and provide feedback to customers.
  4. Maintain long - term cooperative relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  1. An associate degree or above. Those with relevant work experience in international freight forwarding are preferred.
  2. Have a spirit of teamwork, be able to get along well with colleagues and cooperate in work, and be able to think from others' perspectives.
  3. Be meticulous in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be highly stress - resistant.
