Job Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective ocean freight solutions and pricing, respond to internal inquiries, and assist the sales team in making competitive offers to expand business.
Collect and analyze market quotations, integrate market trends, and leverage the company's advantages in carrier resources and existing client base to maintain and develop route platforms.
Assist the operations department in resolving coordination issues between the company and carriers/shipping agents.
Qualifications:
College degree or above, with prior experience in freight rate management preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export ocean freight routes.
Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate empathy.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
